Technical Details

  • Flexible Configuration: Our flail mower heads are available in working widths of 1200 mm, 1600 mm, and 1800 mm—tailored to the boom size and application. Various accessory options are available.
  • Conveyor Belt Attachment: Optionally available with a conveyor belt to transport cut material directly to the edge of the slope and avoid time-consuming clearing work. This requires a suitable hydraulic system on the boom.
  • Blade Configuration:

    • MS Blade: Robust flail blade for grass and brush up to 40 mm (2,000 rpm).

    • GB-RM Blade: For grass and brush up to 20 mm; suitable for both intensive and extensive use (2,900 rpm). Additional variants available upon request.

  • Mechanical/hydraulic front flap: Facilitates the feeding of long crop and ensures a clean cut.
  • Conveyor Belt Folding Feature: The conveyor belt can be folded down 80° to reduce material buildup and minimize cleaning effort.
  • Hydraulic motors: Designed for the boom hydraulics: Choose from 30cc, 50cc, or 63cc motors for optimal performance.

  • Sensors for the Mowing Assistant: Our mowing heads are EMA-compatible and equipped with sensors that automatically adjust the drive roller to uneven terrain.
  • Mounting Plate: Allows the conveyor belt to be removed if necessary and ensures clean mowing thanks to its closed rear panel.

Areas of application

Our GÖDDE flail mower heads are ideal for mowing grass and light scrub along ditches, embankments and roadsides. Thanks to its enclosed design, the blade shaft with moving blades creates a suction effect that lifts the grass and cuts it cleanly. All mower heads can be fitted to GÖDDE and MULAG mower booms using a quick-change system.
