With the Schnitt-Griffy pruning shears, we are marketing the absolute original product currently available on the German market. Manufactured and developed by Hans Habbig in Schlüchtern, we have been marketing the Schnitt-Griffy for almost 30 yearsy.

The past has shown that the pruning shear is the most effective on mobile and tracked excavators. Thanks to its advantageous and narrow structure, the operator has a good view of the wood to be cut. In addition, working with the cutting handle saves labor and operating costs.

Currently, there are 6 different sizes. From the HS 650 to the HS 960 it is possible to cut tree trunks from 20 cm to 41 cm. For each variant, it is possible to get the shear with an integrated orientation unit. This increases the flexibility of use and also allows the targeting of individual branches.

In addition, the HS 865 and HS 960 models can be equipped with an additional grapple. The collection grapple can be used to collect small branches and shrubs. You no longer need to deposit the cut grass individually. This advantage saves you working time and operating costs. The collection grapple has a collection capacity of up to approx. 250 or 300 mm in diameter.

The range of application of the pruning machine is very wide. It can be used along roadsides, in forests, along waterways, along railroads or in landscape maintenance.
