Flexible equipment options:
We offer our flail mower heads in various working widths, adapted to the respective boom size and the customer's area of application.
Our models are available in working widths of 1200mm, 1600mm and 1800mm. There are various accessory options for all variants.
Conveyor belt attachment:
Our mowing heads can be equipped with a conveyor belt. Some customers require the cut material to be cleared from the slope after mowing in the trench. It is advantageous if the cut material can be transported directly to the edge of the slope. This eliminates the inconvenience of clearing on steep slopes, where additional equipment or manpower would have to be used.
A prerequisite for conveyor belt operation is the presence of hydraulics on the boom. The control system and corresponding hydraulic lines must be available or must be taken into account when purchasing a new machine. The oil for the conveyor belt is taken from the carrier vehicle or optionally via an additional hydraulic pump.
Blade configuration:
We generally equip our flail mower heads with two different blade types. Other blade types can be tested for mounting options on request.

- High penetrating power | - Use in grass and scrub up to 20 mm cutting thickness |
- Use in grass and scrub up to 40 mm cutting thickness | - Intensive and extensive area |

Mechanical / hydraulic front flap:
We can offer our flail mower heads with either a mechanical or hydraulic front flap to enable longer-growing material to be pulled in more easily. We offer this option because long-growing material is bent beforehand when working with a completely closed mowing head. Once the material to be mowed is kinked on the ground, it can no longer be mowed cleanly.
Folding conveyor belt function:
On ditches, embankments or roadside greenery, there may be areas where the mowed material cannot or does not need to be conveyed to the edge of the embankment. You could, of course, simply turn off the conveyor belt, but the mowed material still flies onto the belt and usually gets stuck, resulting in subsequent cleaning work. We offer the option of folding the conveyor belt upwards by approx. 80°. This ensures that the mowed material does not stick to the conveyor belt and can escape downwards to the ground.
Hydraulic motors:
The boom hydraulics can be just as different as the purposes for which they are used. Depending on the amount of oil conveyed and the desired blade configuration, we can choose from several hydraulic motors. While one customer selects standard hydraulics and a 30cc motor, another requires a delivery rate of over 100 liters and a 50cc or even 63cc motor. We have all the hydraulic data for all booms in the system, so we can easily select the right hydraulic motor for your mowing head, even for replacement purchases.
Sensors for mower assist:
What used to be the exception is now the rule. Many boom mowers now work with the electronic mowing assistant (EMA). We equip all mowing heads with sensors to receive the signals so that the whole thing also reaches the bottom of the mowing head. The EMA acts on the mowing head's roller and thus adapts to rough terrain. Manual readjustment of the mowing head is therefore no longer necessary. Gentle mowing also prevents wear on the mowing head in the long term.
Mounting plate:
If the user has a mowing head with a conveyor belt, but complete areas can be mowed without a conveyor belt, the conveyor belt can also be removed completely. As the housing is now open at the rear, too much grass or undergrowth would fly around. Here we offer the option of fitting a simple mounting plate which is screwed into the mowing head housing from the rear. With the plate installed, the user now has a completely closed mowing head housing again.
